By volunteering with The Worldwide Health Initiative Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Voluntary Participation
Your participation as a volunteer is entirely voluntary. You understand that you are not an employee of The Worldwide Health Initiative Program, and no compensation, salary, benefits, or reimbursements will be provided for your volunteer service unless explicitly agreed upon. - Scope of Responsibilities
Volunteers are expected to perform tasks as outlined in their role description or as directed by supervisors. You agree to carry out your responsibilities to the best of your ability, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to the mission of The Worldwide Health Initiative Program. - Health and Safety
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being while volunteering. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures set forth by The Worldwide Health Initiative Program. If you feel unwell or unsafe at any time, you will immediately notify the appropriate supervisor. - Confidentiality
During your volunteer service, you may have access to sensitive information. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary, personal, or privileged information learned while volunteering and to use such information only in the course of your volunteer duties. - Conduct and Behavior
Volunteers are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your volunteer service. - Liability Release
By volunteering, you acknowledge and accept any and all risks associated with your activities. The Worldwide Health Initiative Program is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or property damage incurred while volunteering, unless caused by gross negligence of the organization. - Time Commitment
While we appreciate your dedication, we understand that volunteers may have other obligations. If you are unable to fulfill your scheduled commitments, please notify us as soon as possible. - Training and Orientation
Volunteers may be required to attend training or orientation sessions before starting their service. These sessions are designed to help you understand your role and ensure your safety and success. - Termination of Volunteer Service
The Worldwide Health Initiative Program reserves the right to end your volunteer service at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, you may choose to end your service at any time but are encouraged to provide notice if possible. - Media Release
By volunteering, you consent to The Worldwide Health Initiative Program using photos, videos, or other media that may include your image or likeness for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us in writing. By signing up as a volunteer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and expectations.
